Application Procedure and Deadlines

 

The operational procedure is divided into two stages:

 

- Stage 1: Pre-qualification phase

- Stage 2: Application phase

 

First of all, the applicants are kindly asked to submit a meaningful abstract of their project. The pre-qualification phase will start from the 1st of January, 2012, and will end on the 29th of February, 2012, at 12 noon CET. A preselection of applications is done by the jury on basis of the abstracts submitted.
Secondly, in the application phase, the selected applicants will then be asked to hand in the complete application documents. The duration of the second phase will be two months.

Applications can only be submitted within the deadlines. An application is considered in due time, if all application documents have been submitted to the coordinating office within the application period. Applications submitted after the expiration of this term will not be accepted.

Submittance of applications (in English or German) to the coordinating office is possible postally or via e-mail.

Mülheim Water Award Filterhalle Wasserpreis

Prerequisites

The Muelheim Water Award is adressed to applicants from Europe, submitting projects which have been finished after the 1st of January, 2010. Applicants can be physical or juristic persons or a mixture of these types, respectively. In case of a group of applicants, the project has to be submitted by a so-called lead applicant.Every applicant is restricted to one single submittance. Members of the jury are not eligible to participate.

Evualuation Criteria

The evaluation done by the jury is based on the statutes of the Muelheim Water Award, which arranges the checking of the application documents with regards to content and form. The statutes can also be found in the download section.
